A to Z Drying offers a range of services including spray drying, formulation/blending, packaging, and warehousing. Four production-scale spray dryers and various formulation and blending processes are available on site. Packaging capabilities range from sachets to bulk tanker trucks, and a large amount of contract warehousing available.
Spray Drying
A to Z Drying offers four production-scale spray dryers that are on site, with single-stage or multi-stage drying technology available. Pilot-scale drying and agglomeration services are available for scale-up trials. A to Z Drying is available for partnership with industry clients who require dedicated processing systems. This approach allows use of our service and expertise to reduce risk and cost.
Packaging
A to Z Drying handles a variety of packaging that includes liquid, powder, and granular products. Powder-based packaging capabilities range from small-gram sachets up to FIBCs, with flexible and rigid packaging lines available. Liquid-based packaging capabilities range from ½ liter up to bulk tanker trucks. A to Z Drying is available to work with industry clients to provide dedicated packaging lines.
Formulation/Blending
Formulation process technology including batch agglomeration, extrusion, wet-milling, fine grinding, and spray coating are available on site. Powder blending/coating options are available via ribbon, paddle, or rotary drum mixing. Liquid blending is available in batch sizes up to 6,000 gallons, with storage capacity on site. Pilot-scale services for a variety of formulation and blending processes are available.
Warehousing
A to Z Drying has greater than 300,000 square feet of contract warehousing on site, with temperature-controlled storage available. Repackaging, relabeling, and order fulfillment are contract services that are available, and A to Z Drying is located near a major interstate, highway, and railway terminals.
