Position Description
Seasonal operators assists with procedures associated with line set-up and cleaning, labeling, filling, casing along with quality inspections and machine operation.
Major Areas of Responsibility
Assist in department/equipment clean-up and set-up.
Assist in ensuring product quality expectations are exceeded.
Perform various department tasks as assigned by the Manager / Line Leader.Â
Perform in-process inspections of packaged products for quality defects on a continual basis.
Visual inspection of manufacturing areas for in-process deficiencies and cleanliness.
Review of batch record for completion and proper documentation.
Physical attendance is an essential element of the job.
Desirable Education and Experience
Working towards or minimum of High School diploma or GED.
Manufacturing experience.
Experience associated with exceptional work quality / customer service skills.
