Position Description

The office shipping assistant is responsible for ensuring orders received are shipped timely to meet customer expectations.

Major Areas of Responsibility

  • Create and update paperwork, reports, bill of lading and regulatory letters for the registration of international orders.

  • Monitory shipping schedules daily

  • Communication between customer and warehousing team.

  • Analyze and maintain documents.

  • Computer data entry.

  • Monitoring daily email and act upon email correspondence accordingly.

Desirable Education and Experience

  • Minimum of High School diploma or GED.

  • AA degree preferred, but not required.

  • Experience associated with exceptional work quality / customer service skills.

  • Ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously and meet production deadlines.
